We offer home and commercial internet packages. But, much more than that we offer a new experience of a service provider surpassing all known standards.
As soon as you sign up with us, your service order is reviewed by the Element 8 Service Installation Team. After we verify that we can provide you a quality internet connection at your residence, your installation is assigned to a technician. This verification and assignment generally take 1-2 business days. The technician will then contact you between 2-3 business days to schedule your installation. Please note there must be someone at least 18 years of age at the home. Please allow 2-3 hours for setup.
We have different routers you will be able to choose from depending on your preference and will supply them for you. If you prefer to provide a router, we will help to set it up for you.

Yes, you can make changes to your plan at any time and the changes will be reflected in your next billing period.
No. In contrast to other carriers, Element 8 does not limit your data.
Cellular Internet services often cap their data, which results in overage charges. At Element 8 we do not cap our data. You have one monthly fee regardless of the amount you choose to use.
Satellite internet has high latency which results in poor quality for any type of video streaming, video-chatting, online gaming, or other types of higher bandwidth uses. Also, much like cellular internet, data caps will be applied after your monthly data is consumed and overage charges as well as speed reduction will occur until your next monthly cycle begins. With Element 8 Internet you can watch movies, stream music, and play games all month long with unlimited data usage.
Yes. Our rooftop receivers comply with FCC OTARD rules and are exempt from regulation from HOAs or municipalities. This includes both rented and owned properties.
FCC rules for over-the-air reception devices (OTARD) protect the rights of property owners or tenants to install, maintain or use a customer-end antenna that receives and transmits fixed-wireless signals in areas within the owner’s or tenant’s exclusive use.
The rule prohibits restrictions that impair a person's ability to install, maintain, or use an antenna covered by the rule. The rule applies to state or local laws or regulations, including zoning, land-use or building regulations, private covenants, homeowners' association rules, condominium or cooperative association restrictions, lease restrictions, or similar restrictions on property within the exclusive use or control of the antenna user where the user has an ownership or leasehold interest in the property. A restriction impairs if it: (1) unreasonably delays or prevents use of; (2) unreasonably increases the cost of; or (3) precludes a person from receiving or transmitting an acceptable quality signal from an antenna covered under the rule. The rule does not prohibit legitimate safety restrictions or restrictions designed to preserve designated or eligible historic or prehistoric properties, provided the restriction is no more burdensome than necessary to accomplish the safety or preservation purpose.
